Yolanda Richardson
Yolanda has over 15 years of diverse experience developing, implementing and managing strategic and tactical initiatives for service–oriented businesses. She has assisted businesses with the re–engineering of processes to simplify administration and improve collaboration between business partners. Additionally, she has extensive expertise in designing, developing and delivering innovative training programs to all levels of management.
Yolanda has worked across a broad range of industries including insurance, health care, and education and information technology. Prior to forming the Richardson Group, she served as Vice President of Operations for PacAdvantage where she streamlined operations and implemented metrics resulting in the 30% reduction in processing time and the 20% improvement in quality and productivity. She also has held leadership positions at Apple and Vision Service Plan in which she was instrumental in developing new revenue streams, converting call centers to multi–channel contact centers and implementing standardized processes and procedures.
Yolanda received her B.A. in Vocation Education from CSU Sacramento where she also received two teaching credentials in business.
